Elizabeth has served the real estate needs of families in Chino Hills, Chino, Philipps Ranch, Walnut, West Covina, Diamond Bar, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona and surrounding cities since 1991. As a long time resident of Chino Hills, she is passionate about helping Chino Hills home sellers sell their home for the best price and help buyers move into the city.

     1. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
CRS the highest Designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors to sales associates in the residential sales field earned by only the top 4% of Realtors in North America. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you will benefit by working with a CRS.

     2. E-Pro Internet Certified
A designation from the National Association of Realtors earned after completing an educational course to help attain proficiency in the competitive world of online real estate and minimize risks. Make sure that you are taking advantage of the invaluable benefits of using advanced technology.

    3. Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
An advanced training that recognizes the special needs of the growing senior market and their family. Using someone who understands your needs can better represent you.

4. Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
A CDPE graduate has been trained in the complex process of short sales, working with lenders and submitting exactly the right paperwork lenders are looking for. Homeowners in the pre-foreclosure process are assured that they are given the right information in order to avoid the devastating effect of foreclosure. If you are going through hardship, don’t take a chance. Work with a CDPE.

5. Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
The SFR designation is the only short sale designation certified by the National Association of Realtors to help homeowners experiencing financial hardship avoid foreclosure.

6. Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
A GRI professional receives a 1 year training course from the National Association of Realtors so you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance needed to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.

7. H.E.L.P. Certified
Homeownership Education Learning Program is a non-profit organization that provides free classes to the public to assist them in all aspects of homeownership. HELP partners with several government agencies to work towards the country’s economic recovery to benefit all of us.

Who Is Elizabeth?

Born and raised in the Philippines, she attended Maryknoll College in the Philippines until she transferred to Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At Marquette, she earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 1991, she earned her Real Estate license and since then, have worked full time on an exciting and thriving career.

Her family and her real estate business keep Elizabeth busy, yet she makes it a point to devote time to serve the Filipino Catholics of St. Paul Catholic Church in Chino Hills and other ministries because giving back to the community is big in her priority list. She is also a member of the Greater Chino Hills Rotary club.
